What is Spouseware
'Spouseware' is a term applied to software that is used to track spouses. Spouseware is a type of stalkerware. Using software as a spouseware is often caused by distrust, suspicion of treason or fraud; also, this software is used for collecting evidence for a divorce process.
As with stalkerware, installing the software and using it as spouseware on the devices that do not belong to you and without the knowledge of their owner(s) is illegal in most countries (jurisdictions).
