Two suspected computer hackers - one from South Florida - are under arrest after being accused of selling stolen phone connections.
Federal agents said that Edwin Andres Pena, of Miami, sold wholesale Internet phone connections to small companies. The connections were hacked from Internet phone service providers, according to investigators.
Agents said that Pena and his accomplice, Roger Moore, collected more than $1 million in connection fees.
Both men face several felony charges.
